In 2026, the City Council must roll up its sleeves, ask for citizen input, and develop a comprehensive vision for the future of Castle Pines. That plan can then serve as the foundation for a fair, objective, and reliable planning & zoning process for developers and investors.

Coherent Strategies

Castle Pines residents are consistently asking for more restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The City Council can't pick what businesses open here on a whim, but we could do far more to be good ambassadors and recruit the investment we want.

Support Local, Small Businesses

No economic development plan is complete without a strategy to bring in tourism. Castle Pines should be a destination for golf, outdoor recreation, and events for food & culture. If we want to spark real excitement we have to do much more to put Castle Pines on the map.

Lean Into Our Strengths

This community has so much appeal. Proximity to major urban centers, transit, and world-class recreation. We are an affluent city in one of the wealthiest counties in the country. The name "Castle Pines" should be on every list of the best small towns to live in, but it will take vision and collaboration to build the future we all want for Castle Pines.
